Being a surgery scheduler has allowed me to be a part of a positive major change in someone’s life. I love getting to know our patients and seeing them through their process. It’s particularly amazing to watch the transformation that happens internally when someone changes something outwardly that they were unhappy about. Knowing that I have a small role getting patients to their goals gives me a sense of pride, and I also love knowing that my job has a positive impact. The team here at our practice is phenomenal, and I like that we always have the same goal: Do what’s best for the patient.
